Public Artist Registry

At this time there is no charge to be posted as a public artist on this site, but you must meet all requirements. PublicArt.com reserves all rights in the selection of artists work/information placed or not placed on this website. Submitting your information is not a guarantee that your work or information will be posted, and if your work/information is selected it may be removed at any time for any reason. Selected artist's are responsible to keep information acurate and updated, by notifying PublicArt.org (webmaster@PublicArt.org) of any changes needed . Please understand, we are a very small organization with very limited resources.

If you recieve a commission through our website, please consider making a contribution to help with the continued running of this website.

You may beconsidered for inclusion in our public artist registry/showcase if you meet the following requirements:

*Completed at least one public commission of $10,000 or more within the last five years. A public commission is: fine art work commissioned or purchased by a government, corporate or educational institution for the purpose of being displayed permanently in a public site such as an outdoor or lobby location. This does not include work that is displayed in a private office or in a temporary exhibit.

*Send an e-mail to: webmaster@PublicArt.org which includes all of the following information:

• Artists Name
• Number of public art commissions artist has completed with budgets over $10,000 (see above)
• Artist's Style (please limit this to 5 words maximum)
• Artists website URL for link
• URL for image you wish to show on our website (www.yoursite.com/file_name.html) this image will not be stored on our server but will reference the image stored on your server, please make sure you reference this information correctly
• Title, medium, and dimensions of artwork
• Statement that you are the artist and you wish to have this information posted on our website
• Address and phone number of the artist
• Artist's resume, please keep it short and concise
